Deck Replacement, Divinylcell thickness?

Not applicable to our boats. That is a very weird table, we must be missing something.

I'm pretty sure they are referring to glass weight over an arbitrary core (anything from EPS foam to a lower density divinycell) where divinycell actually adds a bit more of a structural bond to the skins, and some shear strength.

That table still is weird for the thin ply but I discussed that with Kurt Hughes 20 years ago and he knows what he is doing.
(It is K.Hughes table)
Anyway, using my table, to replace the 12 mm ply, I get 5/8 core with 20 oz. each side which is very close to the K. Hughes table.
So, use a 5/8 core with on each side, one layer biaxial 45/45 12 oz. and one layer of our 9 or 10 oz. woven.
If you want to do it in one shot: one layer 1708 each side is fine. It's only a sole.

I did the math with a standard span of 24x36" edge supported, loaded with 4 men, 35 mph in a chop and get the same result or a littler less.

We currently only have the ⅝" in H45 Divinycell, and only a few sheets, the H80 is in ½" and ¾"

Yes the chart seams a little over kill for glass content,but it is just a reference to give you an idea of what compares to plywood.
I;ve played around with the honeycomb cores they sure have more compression strength compared to the 5 lb foam.Not sure if you could use it for a deck.

Watch out for the sheet size in Nidacore. You may be comparing 32 ft2 with 8ft2.
Note that the small sheets cost less to ship.
Any of those will work for your deck.

With 20oz glass you should be able to use the H45 no problem. These are ⅝" sheets, and we have 7-8 left at that price. The nidacore is a good option, it will take us a day or two to get it in stock, personally I think the nidacore flexes more than divinycell with glass if unsupported over a larger gap, and it feels less solid than the Divinycell does with similar skins.
