The gators and bugs are pretty passive when you compare them to the meth heads down here. We can ship a few your way if you'd like to experience them yourself. A warning though... they tend to procreate at the expense of the tax payer.

Maybe TV hypes it up but I would not walk outside without a .44 mag in the least if I lived up there.
I used to carry of 44 but I upgraded to a 500 smith a few years ago. It makes a 44 seem like a 38 special. Shocking part is it does not kick much more but boy does it hit harder.

It is sad to say that the most dangerous thing around is another human being no matter where you live.

I have been doing a little on the boat. I remembered Cape Man talking about a brace running from the stringers up the transom so I made up a solid glass bracket and glassed it in. The motor will bolt through it on one side and I think I will bolt through it to the transom also. Just trying to keep Top Waters buddy at bay.Image
I will fill where the foam is and then glass over it. The middle will be open with a drain plug.

I want plenty of flotation in this hull so I am filling between the inside stringers and glassing over them. Sort of like a SeaCrafts stringers.Image

Crash bulkhead installed. The centre section is the rode locker for my Lewmar Profish anchor winch. I have the winch but still need to find a place to order the switchs and control box. No luck going to the Lewmar site. They refer me to dealer sites.Image
No more boat work till next week. Got to go down south and teach some chumps they still do not know how to play hearts

I may have to upgrade, I love large bore handguns! I like to deer hunt with them. I hunt dense thickets mostly. Shots seldom go more than 80 yards.
The boat work looks great, What temp did you finally go with on the foam?
