That may be bumpy water, but it's 93 degrees in south Florida and 53 degrees in Homer right now! Richard was looking forward to cooler air, looks like he found it. Hope he finds the fish, too.

I too really am hoping he finds some fish. I hate it if folks come to fish and it does not turn out so good. If he is where I think they are it will be short nasty chop and that is no fun at all doesn't matter what the water temp is.

Thanks for your interest there Glossie AA has convinced me to finish it out with the house forward. The hull is just too short to make an aft house look right. I will admit I really have the urge to have an aft house but I guess that will need to wait. I am still doing a little fishing and home projects. Need to get things done before freeze up, not something most of you guys need worry about I do not think I will get serious about boat work until after this years builders meet.

IMHO, a well executed plan is way better than chaos.
I had the opportunity to look over Fuzz's Sintes 21 for a good long time.
It was great to visit his home and see this build, his OD18 and other boats. Not to mention his frames for future builds and a host of cool inboard and outboard motors.
The lines of the Sintes are very nice and the hull is clean and fair.
David has done a fantastic job on this rebuild!
The sheer line of his boat much resembles a well-built warm water bay boat.
With the built in transom bracket, I think the boat will ride well with proper trim.
I fear an aft cabin would load the boat too heavy in the stern...

My problem is sometimes there is not much method to my madness. Things come out more like,oh crap how did that happen
