Boating adventures: Splash testing and using 'Skinnydip, as a basis of further building refinement; Adams 44’ sailing sloop "Great Sandy" (cruising and maintaining); Iain Oughtred Feather Pram "Mini Dip" (building); Jacques Mertens R13 "Wood Duck" (built and due for maintenance).

And they all have those new-fangled wiper blades that automatically bend to match the curve! 8)

For those that live in inhabitable parts of the world ... yes. For you ... probably not. :P
My already completed 'Lil Bit'. A Martens Goosen V12 set up to sail me to the fishing holes.

Hehe.... NAPA (inside joke: National Air Parts Association) is just a phone call away, and they deliver to the airport. If in stock I should see anything within a few days of ordering.

It was tongue in cheek...all modern wipers are made so they attach in the middle and are spring loaded in a frame to allow them to take the shape of the windshield as they move. If you can buy wiper blades... I saw the picture of your flight home. Didn't see the auto supply store or Walmart 8) 8)

So while I am still mulling over the windshield deal I worked on the gunwales some. The sides were closed up and foam added. The hope is if swamped this will keep the boat upright. I am also adding some half round to act as drip rails.

The drip rails will get taken all the way to the stern.
