It sounds good, but epoxy would be stronger. Lot stronger.

And 3 layers 1708 vs what removed? Or 3 layers plus the repair of the old?

When you lay the glass; if you turn it 30 degrees; you get more strength, too. fyi

OK Guys
Thanks for the help so far!
The original stringers were glasses with four layers of Poly resin and cloth
I went back with Slow cure Marine Epoxy from Bateau and Three layers of 1708 Biax on stringer and Frame. Bedded in Marine Epoxy and Filet Powder from West system.

I think you could could pick the boat up with a crane attached to the stringer system now. WOW

I ran the tabbing 4-5 inches onto the hull on first layer, 3.5 on second, and two on third. I tried to fold over the top of stringers but it wouldn't stay down
and my resin started kicking off after along while of trying to make it stick down,......

i don't know that it would have have stayed down if i routed the top edges.

If i am putting sole down with thicker epoxy on top of stringers and blocking the sole to the fore and aft bulkheads of the area i am working in will i be ok?

For perspective-
I am repairing the two inner stringers on my boat that had rot damage. Replacement stringers are 74" long and approximately 5-6 inches tall made from 3/4 plywood thoroughly coated with epoxy. with two rows of frames approx 20 inches from foot and rear bulkheads.
The two outer stringers are twice as tall as the ones i am repairing and in great shape.

Also, is it ok to use West System for the sole and Thickened Epoxy to bed the sole onto stringers and tab/bed sole to hull on port and starboard hull sides where it meets since i have used Marine Epoxy to date on this project?

I am low on Marine Epoxy and need to keep pressing head without waiting on order

THX!

Can you clarify- what happened with the glass you had planned to wrap over the top of the stringers, is it wrapped with an air pocket or did you end up trimming it off?

So have you sealed up the top of the stringers good with epoxy? Is the plan to put a layer of epoxy/wood glue on the stringers and then set the deck down on that?

As long as the Marine epoxy is cured there should be no problem using the west for what you want to do.
