Hi Fuzz!Fuzz wrote: ↑Wed Nov 28, 2018 2:23 pm Hello Bogie,
It took me about 8 months to build it. But I was in my 30's and had two other guys helping me. They worked 8 hours a day 6 days a week. It was more like 12 hours a day 7 days a week for meThere is no way I have the energy to do it again at this point in my life

How is your project coming along? Are you still having fun?
Unfortunately I'm in a bit of a holding pattern as I'm saving up boat building funds to buy the rest of the plywood , flotation foam and more epoxy. It's going to take a few more months

Yeppers very few builders don't face budget issues one way or another. We are either short money or time. Sometimes both. Just hang in there and make a little progress when you can. And when finished you will feel a sense of accomplishment no one who buys will ever know.

Well just to prove I have not been sleeping all winter. And to give Jaysen something to razz me about. I raised up the transom and modified the stern so I can put a set of trim tabs on.

So your built a big hull around an fs14? I bet the horsepower required will be more than 15...
It might be too early to make jokes about the transom shape.
