We had a couple days of light rain. Between that and the calm and cooler weather the fire has laid down some. We should be getting more rain this week and that will help a bunch.

Opened two of the beers yesterday for a friend's birthday. Was the minimal time in the bottles for final carbonation and fermenting. Not bad! A little sweet, and it should get better by the end of the week...

If I had been paying attention I would have set my flight to go out on Sunday instead of this Friday. As is, my better 2/3 has plans made since I'm home this weekend. Would have been nice meeting all of you that plan on being there.
