Dan, how did you wind up dealing with the spots where sanded through?
Spot prime with S3? If so, how was sanding them afterwards? Was there enough material on the spot to sand?

This did not go well all in all. A comedy of errors.
First, my bad on primer selection. No gray primer for white boat.
Second, the Epifanes fisheyed bad on primer. It did not like the Systems 3 surface tension or chemistry vs the poly.
To make matters worse, I used Epifanes Epoxy thinner in the poly topcoat!
Gray primer-white paint. Just say no.
Extra care when thinners are in the same colored jug.
