If these are temporary frames move them up to where they line up and make the adjustment when you cut the permanent frames.

I checked and from the outside tip of the transom to station D, the keel line is perfectly straight. From there, some curvature appears but check from transom to D first.
That keel line is NOT parallel to the BL.

Errors can happen in many places but that line must be straight.
Once that is straighten, the chine edge is straight from the transom to D. Around C, some curvature appears.

That aft part of the hull is the most important for performance.
Keep in mind that it will be the panel surface that define the hull shape but the bottom panel edges must follow a straight keel.
When trying to correct the problem, do not work on anything in front of D until all that aft part is straight.

You should find an error somewhere: a line that shifted, a misalignment mark or something but many CS23 were built form the exact same plans and kits were cut directly from the CAD files without any problems.

BTW, did you redraw the boat in CAD?

Echoing the designer some. The keel line is sloped and should be. It appears as though you are trying to level it? No?

So when you lower Station C 14 mm things line up.

Double check station B. Also, you can take your level and the same amount of change should appear on the level.

For example; from D-E, let's say distance is 700mm apart. Level change is say 20mm. This should be the same d-e,e-f. When you get to the transom; you have to add a board to get the distance right, but this would tell u if the transom was too high on the bevel.

I will delete my post if you wish. I jist find it odd that the keel looks so level now.

Also, my quick finger sketch might be reversed.

That's some good looking fiberglass work, makes everything later easier.

The work looks very good. Do not allow any air pockets on the hull bottom. Anything bigger than the size of your little finger can work to larger under water pressure.

Thanks for posting. Again, your work looks exceptional. I can't see anything that small like I caution. And after all that effort, it would be silly to allow a flaw and get hydraulic delamination on the beautiful work.
