Im planning to buy and build but before that I need to check for materials because prices are outrageous in my area.
For CS-23, CS-25 or CX-25 if I want to use foam for hull material (Divinycell H80) what will I use for stringers, bulkheads and transom, is there also other type of foam to use?
So far Im planning to increase transom to put twin motors.

Croatia?
Re: CS materials
Karlo, you will have to work through your suppliers.
You can build those boats from foam sandwich and Divynicell is available in Europe, not necessarily in Croatia.
For the frames, stringers and other parts you will use the same Divynicell or a higher density.
For the transom, you will use a high compression strength foam.
Find a supplier. Germany is not that far and has all that. I know von de Linden for example but they are not cheap.
Find a supplier first, see what they have and I will check if you can use what they propose.

Re: CS materials
You need some 24# density minimum core for transom, unless JM wants 26#.
Re: CS materials
Hi yes Im from Croatia - Split. I need to take a look for supliers, so for transom is also possible Divinycell?
Re: CS materials
Or to keep transom from plywood? Also Im not planning to due by infusion system.
Re: CS materials
For the transom, please find high density foam for the core.

Plywood can rot from a pinhole.
Re: CS materials
That is a pretty amazing statement since there are Jacques built boats on the water for over 20 years. Built properly and maintained they will last forever. I just think you have a prejudice for foam.
