How to use my gallery?

Post by jbo_c »

I just made a gallery thinking I could add build photos to it. Don’t see an option to add/link/attach files. Am I wrong about what it’s for?

Sorry I’m not too bright with the computer stuff. I looked in the FAQs.

Thanks.

Jbo

Before I give a long winded response, which gallery are you attempting to use? There is the “coppermine” gallery or the phpBB gallery. They work completely different from each other.

For me the Coppermine Gallery is the easiest to use. Just set up a Gallery and paste and drop a photo into it.

That’s how I do it. I know it works and uses the phpBB system which makes it easy for us to update and transition the BBC forum contents.

I’ll try that.

I did find a button and uploaded a few pics long enough to add them to a thread but when I went back, I didn’t see them.

I was using the gallery you access from your user control panel.

Thanks for the replies.
