I was gonna show my wife what floated into your yard. She said floated? I said, yup. That's what we tell the wives.

I couldn’t see the image in the post. went to the gallery searched with the default parameters for Fuzz. came up with an interesting photo. then I found your real gallery.

Looks like lots of work ahead, can’t wait to see the work ahead.

Our man Jaysen got the picture problem all fixed :D

Just got back from the dump and according to their scales I had another 600 pounds of wet and rotted wood :help:
Going to be hard to make this thing as heavy as it was.
If it were down south I think it would make a good great loop hull. Pretty easy on fuel and the shallow draft would come in real handy.

Got the fuel tanks pulled today. They were sitting on three raw wood stringers. I did not have a lot of hope they would still be good but got a very pleasant surprise. They used a couple layers of tar paper between the stringers and tanks and that seems to have been very effective! Who would have thought that would work?

Hey thanks. I am really wanting to be working on it but before the snow flies chores are getting in the way. From the looks of it I will not have long to wait for winter, it was 27f here this morning.

Ouch. I got nice thick kiwigrip on the port hull foredeck today. Dropping to 45F tonight. It won't dry for a few days fully....but the other hull was painted and was outside and the temp went to 30F and the tips of the paint froze on me.

Reasons for me to move!

Yep we both have the same weather problems. Only difference is my cold weather lasts a bunch longer. You will really enjoy the warmer weather but might find the summer heat in Texas is worse than the winters where you are at.

Yeah, I expect so, but I can always hide in ac. Plan to add it to the Skoota as well.

Still doing pre winter stuff and honey does so no work on the Rawson. But today I drove 80 miles to Homer and helped my buddy pull this from his boat.

That is 660 hp and 4000 pounds of Cummings diesel. The dang muffler weighted 500 pounds :help:
My little cargo trailer had a full load for the trip home.
