Thanks. Super-helpful. I've nothing to fair currently but will definitely try when I get to that stage. Won't be long. I generally mix by intuition, but the aim is to find out some general rules for fairing, gluing, etc.

I ran this mix today with MAS LV epoxy

150g mixed resins
7g cab
25g balloons

Was a little saggy...
