I'd give it at least a week to fully cure and harden before flipping. What paint did you use, and what do they say?

Paint was toplac plus from interlux. Read through all the info they supply and it doesn’t say anything about fully cured at all. Too touch is 2hrs and recoat is 8hrs. My plan was to let it sit for a week. Thanks for the input.

Evening Tommy

I used Toplac Plus !!!

In Crete Greece where I live it looked like it was the perfect temperatures to uses the product according to the data sheet.... I found it difficult to get the finish I was hoping for, the tech team in the UK said that I was applying as per there advice. They said add more Thinner 100 !!!
After a number of attempts getting up at 3am when the temperatures were cooler I arrived at a finish that I was wiling to accept. It is not factory finish but after buffing with a light polish and buffing with a sheep skin mop it is not bad.

As for curing I found that the finish became better after a couple of weeks, much harder.

So if you flip after a week just be a bit careful as in my view it takes longer than the data says.

Anyway good luck.

Les

Flipped this afternoon. Masking tape on all seams would have been a huge bonus, had a lot of glue drips on the inside!

Do you fill the weave on the inside of the boat before you start installing the stringers and frames or after?
