It is air underneath the cloth. The peel ply is already removed. I sanded a bit, and indeed are voids.

Anyway I don’t have the energy to sand the strips off, what I can do is to fiberglass over it to reinforce.

I believe the peel ply is the cause of this voids. Maybe the air gets trapped underneath the peel ply, or the peel ply is soaking up some necessary epoxy from the cloth. I don’t know.

Air bubbles or not I wouldn't worry about it. They are too small to cause any issues.

If you would humor me for a bit, and apply a small amount of epoxy, like 10ml or 2 teaspoons over a small area, we both might be pleased 8)

Actually, forget the small batch of epoxy (unless you already did it) and wipe an area with a wet cloth and send a picture of that. If the white spots disappear it's not air underneath.

I agree, i still don't see anything that causes much worry in any of these pictures.

This is a way to do it. Probably more costly, but I have some space restrictions.
