You are a machine! What's your rating of adding veneer versus just staining and varnishing good ply?

Did I hear a cacophony of red wing black birds towards end?

Hi Cape Man

I've never tried to stain and varnish regular plywood. We're trying, and not really succeeding, sticking with cherry which is the "theme" for the interior. All the furnishings etc. will be cherry timber and trim. The interior linings are mostly done in cherry ply, stained and finished ready to go.

If I'm a machine I'm irreparably broken.

Lots of wild life nearby, those birds and woodpeckers, blue jays, robins, doves etc. They make an awful racket especially when the cats are patrolling the fence line.

Cheers mate.

Thanks Pee Wee. Trimming it out will be a beotch. I'm not much of a carpenter.

Cheers mate.
