Looks great. I really liked seeing bulkhead A (i think) in the second picture. It really shows the "flair".

I cut the wood myself. The reason was I'm gonna deviate from the plans some. One area I've changed is the flair, I added some.

More flair in the bow? How are you gonna compensate the panel growth, lay the panels in place and scribe it? Keep at, I'm interested in seeing one materialize....

The nice thing about a custom boat is you can adjust as you go. Somewhere Jacques made the comment to the effect "do not try and figure everything out before you do it. As you go it will be clear" I have cut the panels pretty much to plans and where I thought it was needed I left extra. If that doesn't take care of it epoxy and fiberglass will

Chalk is right, the dimensions for the side panels will not work anymore. If its just a little, I think it would just make the sheer come down towards the bow, or as Jacques calls it a "droopy bow"

If he uses many more slits than what we show, he can get more flare from the same plywood sheet and cover it with fiberglass then fill the gaps from inside.
