od16 progress

Post by rcihard »

Well got most of my ply and epoxy on the 20th and have so far cut out the sole, fixed in the stringers and braces, cut out the bottom and added butt plates and fibregass seams. A friend donated an old trailor, some work required but will do the job nicely, another friend gave me a wide eye hummingbird fishfinder!!! a few years old but a very nice suprise.
I have taken some picture of the work completed so far, but can't fathom how to post them to the gallery :help: yes and I read the faq's as well!!!
Anyway ply for the hull and chimes should arrive at the end of the week, this afternoon I spent time with the local marine supplier researching chase tube lengths for fuel, power and steering lines. I plan to fit a new 25hp motor and I am going to move the centre console forward about 2-3 feet.
Enjoying the hell out of this od16 project (to the detriment of my customers, one of the benefits of working for yourself, you can always sneak off and do something fun!)

Will read the instructions on how to post pictures and see if I can work it out.

Got to go and put those chase tubes in.

Richard

Have you logged in to the gallery? If not, you need to, then you should have the option in the menu of "Upload file."

Go into "Admin mode" if you need to update descriptions etc. of your pics.

HTH.

Always looking forward to seeing new pic of builds.

Tim.

Tim,
Thanks for the response, I logged into theGallery, clicked file upload but it wouldn't let me upload pictures. I have created an album name etc, but still not able to get pics up!!
I'll keep fiddling with the thing and see what happens, I think by the time I work it out I'll have the boat built!

cheers

Richard

Size limit is 1024K - maybe that's it?

I always size mine to 600x400 pixels, JPEG level 10, no probs.

Good luck (trying not to go off topic on your build).
