A job with e-boat?

We listed the following job opening:

It doesn't pay much to start but it isn't bad either. It is an in house job: no tele-commuting possible.

Good point. I am not easy and expect a lot but I am fair.
We have a very low employee rotation. The job is very interesting. Becasue we are a small business, everybody gets involved in everything from design to building a carbon fiber mast or solving a problem with cashing a check in Australian $.

Yes, the decision was made this morning.
One of the active users of thisn board was in the "finals". The last 2 candidates were each builders of our boats.
You'll hear about it next week.
