Tipsy and I went sailing again today. Seas were 2 to 3 feet with some big swells that made us surf. Wind was good while heading south but pretty much died off on my trip back- I ended up motor sailing a bit . There are two tracks because I accidentally stopped the first one and had to start another .
I am very happy with how she handles and I am getting the single-handed sailing down along with launching and docking

Took my buddy sailing the other day- it was his first time. He did great and even took the helm- but then he got seasick and our sailing day was cut short
Wind was light and seas were 1 ft at 10 seconds but Tipsy cruised right along

I hope you razzed him just a little for getting sick in 1 foot seas...

Hi Cape man hope all is good. Yes, I razzed him a little. Once we got back inside the jetty and anchored in the inlet the beer started going down and he was fine

My nephew and I went for a little adventure over the 4th of July holiday. We put in on the ICW then motor sailed up to North Myrtle Beach @ Barefoot landing. We might have even gotten into some food and moonshine before spending the night at the docks.

Luckily it was only a waning crescent and didn't shine until 2:44 am....We might have even gotten into some food and moonshine before spending the night at the docks.

I built a spare drop board w/screen. The sliding hatch does slide over the top of it (although the board is outside in the photo). Im going to use a pool noodle to close the gap at the top. Might try it out this week with an overnight at the inlet
