I am trying to get the video of the flip so I can post it here. It was posted on facebook and it won't let me take it from there.

As you can see it is on a temporary cradle. Don't worry, I braced it a little more since the flip and added support under the stern corners and bow as well. Now I need to balance it and brace it properly.

I don't feel like purchasing real pilars for supporting it. Anybody have an idea on how to construct CHEEP supports. I'm thinking about something that looks like a jack stand for a car but made using my scrap 2X4's and ply from my old frame with a 12"x12" or so top on it. I would use these for the leveling and then put better suports under the chine area similar to the temporary frame it sits on now.

Tom W, thanks for the pic of the camano red. I'm not sold on the color, on my monitor it looks a little orangish? I like dark blood red or a black. Anybody use the decatur black? is it a true black?

Hopefully my waterline is close to where I ended the bottom paint. I should probably wait to add the boot stripe. that is where I will use the black, or red, or ?

OK seriously, its been since February, and this boat is too important to let languish in the garage.

Anything happening here?

Ok boys, I'm back. Sorry I neglected to post anything recently - like the past year or so- no offense intended but I've always had a busy life and this past year has been no different. I'm a believer that we are only on this earth for a short time so make the most of it. I've done a ton of hunting, fishing, camping, drinking, celebrating, working, traveling and general barking at the moon this past year and fortunately after 7 yrs of mairage my wife still likes me a little so instead of spending every night in the garage we actually go out and do things together... Anyway since my wife is working more this time of yearI'm back in the garage tinkering on the beast. Not much to report as far as progress goes but I promise to keep posting as I make headway.
