Hi all,
Mrs. AA and I had a great time!! We also enjoyed having Dori share our cabin.
We met some new builders, as usual they were nice folks.
I was hoping to put Topwater and Browndog on a fish but the weather didn't cooperate.
The wind did lay down on Sunday though.
Thanks Jeff and Reid for putting the meet together!
Edit... speaking of meet, I just thought about the pile of meat on the serving table. Holy mackerel what a spread!!
The shrimp, pork and fish was great. I think was in a meat coma for hours after the meal.

Guys looked like a great meet. I told Jeff why I could not be there and bring No Excuse earlier in the year. Maybe next year.

Made into Anchorage last night at 2345. Was going to spend the night but momma wanted to drive home. Made it to the house at 0400 this morning. Stopped for gas and coffee. It was 21f and blowing about 20mph. Luidmila was not happy about the weather in the least
We had a great time at the meet. If you have not been to one you really need to go to the next one. Lots of great food and the company was fantastic. It was wonderful to see folks from last year and to meet some new friends this year. Meeting Dori was an exceptional treat. Larry was truly a lucky man. Dori, Patti and Sandy took SWMBO shopping and in doing so became my personal heroes.
While they were shopping Jeff took me to see the Bateau operation which was nice of him.
I would be totally remiss if I did not give special thanks to Richard and Sandy for sharing their Hudson home with us for four days. It was a wonderful place to relax and explore from. Richard was even able to take one day out of his hectic schedule and show us the area.
And like wise to Craig and Patti for putting us up after the meet. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and well fed. Craig even showed Luidmila how to hand feed a wild hawk. Craig took me for a ride in his dory at the meet. What a nice boat it is.
Jaysen just so you know I had to give a bottle of rum, bottle of vodka and a half case of beer away because you were not there to help me drink it.

I'm already planning on attending. All I need to do now is NOT change jobs, move to a new city, and take a cruise a few weeks before the meeting.
