Nida CNC

Post by Old E. »

I got a Nica-Core news letter in the mail the other day. I haven't really read it, but I saw, on the cover, there were CNC kits now available from them/through them, or something.

Anyone seen it?

Any thoughts or insights?

Probably pretty expensive.

All the core manufacturers offer CNC kits. But its targeted for production, not one off/custom

The set up fee would be as much as the first kit.

I figured it would be something like that. Thanks. I wonder why they have just now decided to make a big deal out of it?

What we have done in the past is builders bought the foam from bateau and I cut cnc cut some patterns from 1/8 masonite. Saved on shipping the foam to me and the masonite is easy to work and readily available. We did this for a PH22 a few years back.
