19' or 20' carolina sport fisher

I have built three boats from this site and all three are GREAT boats. Being from North Carolina the carolina sportfisher is the real boat I'm looking for. I go to Harkers Island everyear where I see these types of boats being built. The trouble I'm having is a 23' carolina sportfisher is to big for me. I was wandering could the 23' be modified to 20' or is it going to need to be redesigned for a 20' or 19'. I have seen a 18' Shearline boat that carries this same design built in Morehead City. I would like to know if plans for a 19' or 20' carolina sportfisher can be purchased here.
