Assembled the bulkheads and stringers today using all Okoume ply. Built everything on a deck with castors, so I could roll it out for sanding. So far so good.....

Added the sides today.Everything came out very even and straight(knock on wood).Very pleased so far.

bow came togehter nicely !Image
I used 1/2" pvc dowels and tile spacers to line everything up and maintain even spaces on the bow
Image
used foam gasket material from H.D. to maintain space between transom and side panels. Its only about 1/4" gap.I'm hoping thats enough.

started drawing out the bottom panels tonight also.I wish I had a week off work to do nothing but build. Its hard walking away from one piece at a time
