To day, I start to build strong back , one side long beams atached by marine glue from osb( 20cmsX4cmsX780cms). That dimentions is enough ?
I know , you think , why osb? because I heve to much new conditions osb plate from other project. I must use or I must throw away.
By the way, To day 10 th days, still waiting.

cumhur,
Nice to have one more fellow TW28 builder. Your building space also looks great.
I would wait for the plans to make the strongbacks. We did put the crossbars at the location of the molds. In that way the poles supporting the molds were supported by the beams and the crossbars. I do not know about the OSB, probably it is OK. The poles supporting the molds can rest on the floors anyway.
Good Luck.
Keep us posted!

Cumhur,
The plans show a length of 8230 mm and a width of 1219 mm for the 'typical' strongback.
It also states to locate the transverse beams according to mold beams (see my message above).
The spacing of the molds is :
A-A : 933
B-C : 934
C-D : 767
D-E : 780
E-F : 994
F-G : 1019
G-H : 1146
H-I : 730
I-T : 363
I would wait for the plans, ... but I understand your impatience.
About the beams, your strongback should be very stiff. It should hold the molds in place that define the hull form. There is quite some tension of the panels when you stitch them together. My opinion is that the 4 cm beams will not be stiff enough, I would make them 8 cm.
Enjoy the build.

Please wait for the plans.
The strongbacks dimensions are only a suggestion. You can make them differently but you should not make a decision without looking at the plans.
