FL14 skeg and runners

When I attach the skeg, do I use fg tape or is fillets enough? Should I round off the bottom edge or keep it square?<BR><BR>Also, I read in a past post that Jacques didn´t recommend using runners even though it was an option. It´s runners or Skeg, not the two.<BR>It´s more a choice than an option.<BR>Epoxy glue is sufficient, sand them but no need to make a big radius.
