I've had good luck with Tef-Gel between ss and aluminum.
Buzz Ballenger, a high-end rigger on the west coast, just recommends plain old silicone.

she served us well, but the Seacraft found a new home yesterday... Savannah GA :) I hope she provides as many great times for the new owner as she did for us.

the buyer said he was taking it to some guy named Raymond to have that rodholder on the t-top fixed :wink:
