We used almost 80 1-1/2" long pieces of 3/4" pipe.

Well, what do you do when you get all the stitching done???? You stand around and talk about it, NOT
You mix up a pot of epoxy and wood flour and start gluing it all together...

Just wondering for those of you who have done this already if you see any glaring errors in what we have done so far???

That's all for today, go ahead and post your thoughts and let us know what we are doing right and what we should be doing different???

Tomorrow we start pulling the wire ties out and fill in all the gaps.

Thanks, until today, we thought we were getting nowhere fast. Now we are getting excited again, could be floating in the next month or two. Mike is already thinking about buying the floatation foam.

Welllllll, Happy Columbus Day!

Pulled all the wire ties and trying to figure out what "fair" is. we have a small hook between "E" and the transom, "D" seems to high and "C" is just right. Not sure how flat the hull should be from "C" forward to the bow? Seems like it'll be tough getting that area as flat as the bulkheads are.

"B" has a pretty good curve to it, so it is assured that, that area isn't flat.

Where should we expect "Flat" to be? Transom to "C"?

Looks great. You guys work FAST. :D

No glaring errors so far. It's gonna be tough to pull those stitches since you puttied all the way up to the stitches. I did the same thing, and it was tough but not impossible.

BTW the picture of the front looks like a porcupine  Dang that's a bunch of stitches and PVC 8)

I have blisters on my hands from pulling out zip ties today. The round chine as been a real pain but I glad we did it even if it serves no purpose. Cant wait until next weekend to get back at it.
