Can Sterling be mixed in a 1 quart Graduated Mixing Pot? I have read on some of the threads that you "cannot". Also what is the mixing schedule to paint the hull of an OB-17?

Re: Mixing Sterling paints
Just don't mix it in cheap plastic picnic drinking cups like you see at a keg party. It won't last 30 seconds in one of those

You also don't want to use the waxed paper measuring cups. Use the plastic ones.
Re: Mixing Sterling paints
For all of my Sterling mixing I use empty 1qt plastic cottage cheese containers placed on an electronic food scale. Sterling gives the weight ratios. I get the containers from a surplus supply store for about a dime a piece.
