Lee Production Pot IV Electric Lead Melter SOLD

Lee Production Pot IV Electric Lead Melter

I used this lead melter to fill the Vagabond keel and also to add lead to the centerboard. The specs claim the melt time for 10 pounds of lead is 20 minutes but I was able to melt and pour almost continuously. You can see the pot in this picture and in other parts of my web site.

If you are making a keel or centerboard, you might find this melter useful. I am asking about half price or $25.00.

Justin,

I'm a couple of weeks away from pouring a keel for my Bolger schooner, so I'm very interested. Let me know what you want to do about payment and getting it to Maryland.

Lazlo,

Glad that you can use it. I think it can be sent USPS or UPS, your choice. Email me your address and I'll send it to you. You can send a check as soon as we know what the shipping cost is.

Yes, it operates on 110V.

It's a good melting pot. I've been using it for years in my reloading for competition events.

Justin,

That sounds good. Unfortunately, I changed an incorrect entry in my profile here and been locked out from logging in until my account is re-activated. As a result, I can't see your profile with your e-mail address until then. My e-mail address is boatman at morocz dot com. If you want to get things moving before the bateau webmaster gets around to reactivating me, drop me a note there and I can reply to you with my info. Otherwise, once I'm allowed to log back in I'll send you a note at yours.
