Does anyone have a good set of plans for building a wooden rack to store and dispense fiberglass? I use full rolls -- about 170-200 pounds each. I would like to find a rack that I could roll around that would hold 2 rolls at a time. The other question is getting the fiberglass off the rolls without distorting the weave (biax) from pulling on it.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Fiberglass rack
Check out pics of upholstery roller racks. I've seen some heavy duty racks for people making boat cushions and bench seat covers for busses.

Re: Fiberglass rack
I made a rolling cut table out of a full sheet of plywood. Two shelves below the cutting level. I have room for three rolls on one end and two on the other. I made cuts in the table every one foot so I could make straight cuts. Make sure to use big/good casters. It has served me well for over 20 years so it was worth spending a little extra on it.
