Based on the last meet held in POC and that POC does not have a thriving eater business (the restaurant at Clark’s is closed) I think we should plan a cookout again. Setting up in the parking area of the Inn at Clarks worked very well and between us we have all the equipment needed. If that’s okay with everyone I will put together a list of necessaries and solicit volunteers for each. We’ll spread it around so no one has too much stuff to haul in and out.
So chime in and give us your thumbs up or other suggestions, which we will ignore (just kidding ).

I really wish I could go. 14 hours on the road plus a few nights... $120 in gas plus a room etc

So maybe you guys could meet up and drive down together, sharing expenses and driving? It seems Boater is passing right through the metroplex... Just a thought.

I don't see my name on the list. I signed up ( Thought? ) in March . I have FS18 under construction. I had hoped to have it operational by the meet but it is becoming unlikely. I still plan to attend and have reservations.
