cs23 cuddy / pilot house Walkaround hybrid?

Post by TimeWalker »

Hey Guys Is there any interest beyond me? in a Cuddy / walkaround / hardtop style topside for the cs23?

I know for me at least I'm not into getting wet or having 40 deg cold air blowing in my face doing 35mph I'm sure most of you middle east coasters would share my desire for a full enclosure/hardtop

Jacques Hinted that if there was enough interest that he might be persuaded..........

Yes, I`m totally interested in cuddy w/ hardtop. When I build the CS23 or Cs25 I plan on cabin, windshield, etc. I`m trying to work out the finances for that project. Just a matter of time. Leif

The CS 23/25 with this option, and a diesel I/O drive would be perfect for scandinavia..

When we have 30 deegrees celsius for more than three days in a row, it is celebrated in the media...

By the way, has a 27 lobsterboat been mentioned earlier?

Have you guys ever thought about the cabin version with a half tower or fold down tower and zip in full canvas and windows. Would save alot of fishin room .Just an idea that works. 8)

Thats OK. I like a tower for fishing the taller the better. You get a super view of your baits when trolling. But to each his own .Thats why we build boats. 8)

cs23 cuddy / pilothouse Walkaround hybrid?

Great idea - would be great for the Pacific North West. I think this would work really well on the cs 25 when it arrives, make it big enough for two berths, a head and a small galley. The cockpit would still be plenty big enough for fishing if the cabin bulkhead was at the front of where the console is.

Power - twin outboard on bracket or small Yanmar or Volvo diesel sterndrive.

Oh well, just food for thought, I've got to build a c21 first !
