Looking good Lee. Whereabouts on the BBB are you installing it?
Currently building Jacques Mertens ST21 "Skinnydip". Boating adventures: Splash testing and using 'Skinnydip, as a basis of further building refinement; Adams 44’ sailing sloop "Great Sandy" (cruising and maintaining); Iain Oughtred Feather Pram "Mini Dip" (building); Jacques Mertens R13 "Wood Duck" (built and due for maintenance).

OrangeQuest
I am using West System105 epoxy, 206 slow hardener and 501 white tint.
I sanded the surfaces to be epoxied with 120 grit paper then rolled on tinted epoxy with a hard foam roller. I mixed the white tint into the epoxy until I had a nice "solid" white mixture.
I expect to roll on 3-4 coats of tinted epoxy to get the desired deep colour and smooth finish.

Wow! That is really looking good.
Maybe I needed to sand more before tinting. But I also remember that even though I added more tint than recommended it was never 100% solid color, was always a little milky. Thanks for the step by step, I am taking notes!

Second coat of white tinted epoxy. I think one more will probably do it!

Nice work BM.
That should keep your catch in prime condition for the table.
Is the cooler going to be fixed in place, or removable?
And one final question, is tinted epoxy subject to the same UV degradation as untinted epoxy?
Cheers,
Reefie
