That is one nice looking boat.. you did a great job.
I really like the trim work and the deck. heck, the whole boat is sweet..

how did you finish the deck.. is there non-skid or carpet? the sutle shade change between the hull and deck is really nice..

for the hatches on the foredeck.. where did you get the flush mount latches?

I used the system three non-skid on the deck. I applied according to the instructions. I must say that I am not very happy with the non-skid, its just to rough! I think that I am going to sand it down to reduce the roughness some.

I bought the hatch hardware from Jamestown distributors. I used bronze and brass hardware all made by ABI. The bronze latches are great. a couple of the hatch hinges have rusted a bit. Not tarnished like you expect brass but, rust. Another problem with the hinges is that they are all slightly different sizes. This made them really difficult to recess flush with the deck. I have added a picture to the gallery which gives you a better idea of the hatch treatment.
