Varnish removal

How can you remove varnish runs on 2 part paint? I painted my dinghy with epiphanes 2 pt lp paint an subsequently varnished the bright areas. I have some streaks of varnish which need removal. Any suggestions?

I cannot answer you question, but I can offer some advice to builders: varnish first, then paint. You can paint over varnish mistakes, but varnish mistakes over paint look really bad. This was another tip from Skip, my 67-year-old boat builder and hot rod painter friend.

The expert I talked to told me the opposite, now I have this mess, go figure.

I am planning on painting then varnishing
but I am useing a spray varnish and yea, otherwise I would do it the other way
