Help with "checking paint", photos

Hello everyone,

I built a GV11 some years back. I love the boat and use it extensively. I am having issues with it however. I will let the photos do the talking. Image
The paint is "cracking". I have removed a small section of the outer layer of paint to see if it is the paint only. It appears that the primer is in the same condition. This leads me to believe that the issue is originating from below the primer and paint. I did not cover this boat with glass, I did coat it with epoxy. However, the cracking appears at the seams of the boat that are taped with glass and in areas with only epoxy as well. The problem is mostly on the outer skin of the boat and does not seem to be a problem inside the boat which is kept from the sun and kept covered most of the time. Image
Here are the sides you can see that he paint is still in good shape minus the "cracking".
I really don't care that it does not look that great. I am mostly concerned about the integrity of the boat. I take my family out in this boat often around Florida's coast and I don't want any issues. This boat is a perfect match for my desire, I don't want to build another, just take care of this one and use it for years to come. Please advise as to the potential issue and any remedies. Thanks!

The first picture looks like some of the S3 paint on the inside of my OD18. Second picture looks like plywood checking. What kind of ply is the boat made from? The only real solution would be to sand it bare and glass it. I think. That's why I glass everything that sees daylight, even with the best plywood.

It is made of Okume. I would also think that glassing would be the answer. Butt...why does the cracking appear on the taped seams of the boat. Doesn't a taped seam equate with a glassed boat? What I mean is, if the boat is cracking now on the taped seams wouldn't it also crack even if I would have glassed the whole boat? I agree that the blue does appear to be standard checking, if so what should I do?
