Congratulations on getting the boat in the water! Great stuff, beautiful shots.
What is the outhaul problem? Was it just not secured?

Re: New AD14 build
The outhaul problem is really just because it was just tied to the end of the boom for mow. I need a proper pulley and cleat. And the fact that the sail I have threaded through the mast groove using the rope on the sail, so I can't drop it easily. So, coming into the dock trying to reduce sail to prevent a collision we had to untie the outhaul. Many learning experiences .

Hi,
Congratulations on the splash. It looks beautiful on the water and being escorted by dolphins is really special. You will still have lots of fun with the Freudian Sloop.
Greetings from Karl

Beautiful boat! Congrats on a successful launch.
Re: New AD14 build
It looks real good it will take you a few trips to get the hang of it . My main sail also runs in a gruve in the mast I try and drop my sails well before getting near the dock and just use the motor for docking that can be tricky with the high bow the wind can catch it and ruin a nice docking if you can come up to the dock from down wind it works the best but that depends of the number of boats in the area. You will get it worked out.
