Did you get a letter read before and after the switch install? I find it helpful to know what the “idle state draw” will be.

I didn't do ay before and after measurement. Regardless, what is a letter read?
When building Feather Pram using e-Glue for all joints, I was impressed how I could trim off excess glue using a heat gun and a scraper.
Recently a nagging doubt has been worming its way into my brain recently. Will Feather Pram’s oil finished bottom remain stable when she's stowed on Great Sandy's foredeck bottom up, exposed to the relentless northern Queensland’s sun? I had visions of the planking springing loose like an unfolding flower.
So I wrote to the industrial chemist who formulated e-Glue, a guy I know well, and trust. Here is his response:
Hi Michael, Long experience says that you should have no such problem. The glue only softens above 70 and you would only expect that temp on a black surface. Also post heating raises the softening temp. Have a terrific trip. Cheers, B
Phew!

Well. It’s one of these things…
What it was supposed to say, and not as easily deciphered as yours is “did you get an amperage read”. I’ve no idea how my phone guess “letter”.
Nifty technology hasn’t helped me proof read at all…

After Great Sandy's wash room and head was rebuilt this time last year to incorporate a black water holding tank plumbed to enable dockside pump out, we went cruising as soon as the plumbing was working, setting aside finishing and painting for a later time.
Today I started a bare bones finishing job, meaning it will look ok without close inspection. The pic below shows the wall I prepped this afternoon that separates the wash room and head from the saloon.

I think that is the first picture I have seen of the inside of Great Sandy.

That's because he's hiding a saloon behind that door!
