I have not made much progress. With the transom lamination, I decided to glue one layer at a time. I am currently on the third layer using gelmatic glue. I have one more layer to go, then I will attach the transom to my jig.

I stitched most of the boat together during the week and finished up today. Time to start tack welding with epoxy.
