Have you done a hard refresh using shift-command-r?
I'm seeing the same thing. Little red circles all arranged in rows so you can't read the topics.
Using apple and chrome.
A normal refresh using command-r doesn't invalidate cached content.

Haha I wasn't accusing your equipment of any deficiency, it's just a way for force it to get fresh content. Three key presses instead of two and it resolved the many red circles problem for me also using chrome on OSX. Doesn't mean the problem is on your end, but the easy fix may be.

There are forum members thousands of miles apart who are having the same issues.
