AR15 Hardware

Hello everyone! I'm nearing the portion of my build where I put the deck on my AR15. Does anyone have any recommendations for where I can buy hardware such as forestays and cleats as the locations need to be reinforced before the deck goes on? I also plan on filling my AR15 with pourable foam before putting the sole in. Does anyone have a recommendation for how much I will need? Thanks in advance!
