I’m so excited. I hope we get a video walk though at the end. This has been a most impressive project!

A whole lotta truly amazing work, Dan. Damn!
There are only two seasons in Vermont: boating season, and boat-building season.

Completed Paul Butler 14' Clark Fork Drifter
Completed Jacques Mertens FS14LS + 10%, Build Thread
Started Iain Oughtred Tammie Norrie

I paid a guy to do the bendwork. But the design ideas were mostly me. He did a bunch of other pieces, because I am using a pelican and a rope across the opening.

Hole prep today. The end lockers are plywood, which I regret. And had I been smart, those would be baitwells and a kill box. Overbored to 1/2" for 1/4" holes.

Making better holes now is hard.

Lifeline stanchion hole prep.

Getting stuck in here would be bad in this heat.

Well, been busy this week fabbing and doing plumbing. The plumbing has been fun. Lotsa itsy bitsies. 8 trips to the hardware store. Had to add a 0.65L pressure tank and an overflow drain. Had a few leaks, but nothing major. Shower handle was a bit wrong. All in all, seems to be functioning. Gotta install thru hulls for poop tank vents.

Survey is August 12. Lots to do.
