Well, think I got it now.

I got an extra hole though. Had to 90 the fill and move it up to allow for a clear fill tube. Seastar tech support told me to change it.

I spent like 3 days making the hole nice. Hehe

Now, no room behind it. Gonna cover it somehow, maybe an eject button.!!

Im fighting with a seastar helm as well. Something is leaking but I can’t find it. Hoping I don’t need to recommend new rams. I’m not seeing any leaking from the seals though.
Some of the seastar helms are mounted on the front and some on the back. Some of the holes are blind holes AND if the bolts are over 3/8" penetration; they will blow the helm open by making a thru hole. Then you will have leaking at the helm itself. So did I. But I have been super careful about the helm bolts.

This is a fairly common problem on used boats as the next dork down the line doesn't keep a washer or some special spacing considerations for the original setup.

Got the helm bench attached and got a t-mobile hotspot for the boat security cams.

The seat had some weird looking tears...not sure about whether to stand on the upholsterer
