Gotta chime in with congratulations. It bogles the mind how big and challenging the build is. Heck, I couldn't even understand some of it despite following this thread daily. You'll sure be welcome in Texas. Corpus is getting a little tropical storm now with some much needed rain and Port A got 4" yesterday. No hurricane of course.

Unbelievable, both the boat and your perseverance. I have friends that have spent years building an airplane, and this is about 1000 times the material.
Congratulations on building such a fine boat!

I missed grounding the diesel intake fitting, but it is like a 10 minute fix.
Boat needs a few other small items, but looks good.
Bottom paint still needed, but that'll be done ny end of next week.

Nice looking picture!

Well, the appraisal and survey are done. No deficiencies. I missed one ground wire that I corrected before the survey paperwork was done. I got valued at 250.

It is good news you passed but considerable low on the price, isn't it?

Well, yes, but...
Keep in mind, this helps with insured value. So, compared to Aspen Cat C90 with a base price of 425k; this is going to be cheaper to insure while being similar to a decked out C90 that goes for 500,000. When I get to Texas, if my boat insurance is $2k a month, Mrs Fall is gonna say sell the boat.
A few of my features need some improvements. The wheel is low..
But Aspen cat offers autopilot for an upcharge of $6600.
And antifouling is $5500.
