When do you expect these plans to be available for sale? Will buyer's need to purchase the originals from Pat Atkin too?

I will not sell a complete set of plans, those must be bought from Atkins but what I plan to produce drawings with all developed panels, framing like stations and stringers (to avoid lofting from a table of offsets), scantlings for our material instead of carvel or ply and some specs to keep the boat in it's line: same weight and weight distribution.
I have not heard of the builder since one year but the 3D model, stations and scantlings are all done.
Noe that while I was working on it, he asked me to scale the boat up 10%: what I have no is a larger version of the Shoreliner.
