Dolphin Super-ply From China

Post by TomTom »

I have found a Hardware Dealer who is importing this stuff...

http://www.aeonic.com.sg/p_dolphinsuperplymarine.html

Now I generally don't trust much from China... so I did some investigating and found this...

http://www.svluckyfish.com/the-build/

Where he mentions the use of it in his build...

I was wondering if anyone else had any experience of this plywood?

Their description and the testimony of the Tiki builder all match up to good wood. Only problem I'm having is the pictures of his build where the grain looks very different than the okume I'm used to working with. Looks more like pine or fir grain?
