It also comes with the fuel hose, no fuel tank it's the only tank that fits in the SandPiper (FS14)
Still has the warranty 5 years (from 2017)
Tools kit and manual

I bought it from onlineoutboard.com, so I paid no tax and free shipping... (anybody could find that out!)
