Add BBCODE support for strikethrough and other "rich text" formats.

With the need to document the evolution of ideas it would be nice to use more richtext methods in the BBCODE system strike-through being the most needed by me.

Documenting ideas or "fixing" someone's post to make a joke? :lol: Either way would be a good thing! I agree this would be useful.
